Coaching with Insight

Helping female leaders with ADHD thrive from the inside out

At Thriving inSight, we help women lead with clarity, compassion, and confidence — from the inside out.

Our 10-week coaching program blends neuroscience, positive psychology, and behaviour-change theory with two core frameworks —the overarching F.A.S.T approach and the 3 A’s behaviour change model — supported by carefully selected psychometric assessments.

This integrated approach creates transformational shifts through building calm awareness, acknowledgement then self-acceptance, and practical agency — the foundations of thriving leadership.

Core Pillars of Thriving Insight’s ADHD Leadership Programs

The F.A.S.T. Framework provides a practical, evidence-based structure designed to support female leaders with ADHD develop self-awareness, confidence, and sustainable performance.

Grounded in neuroscience, behaviour-change theory, and positive psychology, it supports individuals to translate personal insight into meaningful workplace impact.

The F.A.S.T Framework

Let’s be honest as an ADHDer there are some days your mind feels like Spencer Street Station in peak hour. Thoughts, emotions and self-criticism pile in without warning. At Thriving inSight we believe that the 3 A’s approach (grow awareness, learn acceptance and build agency) helps our clients overcome those overwhelming times. Borrowing from behavoiur change theory and Acceptance and Committment therapy, our 3 A’s approach is a highly effective method of creating internal insight and overcoming deep-seated resistance to change.

We focus on creating internal momentum starting with growing our awareness because we can’t work on what we can’t see. And acceptance isn’t about giving up or “thinking positive.” It’s about meeting yourself where you are — with honesty and heart. Then acting on it, again and again. We support you through these cycles of transformation throughout the coaching program.

It’s not about “fixing” yourself — it’s about leading yourself.

The 3A’s Approach

How Psychometrics Support Your Growth

  • Our preferred tool for mapping energy, performance and potential. It identifies realised and unrealised strengths, helping you design work and life around what energises you.

If your organisation already uses CliftonStrengths or another strengths instrument, we integrate that seamlessly instead.

Benefit: Moves the focus from fixing deficits to amplifying what works — building self-trust and sustainable motivation.

  • Assesses self-beliefs around wellbeing, self-control, emotionality and sociability. Particularly valuable for women with ADHD who experience emotional intensity or self-doubt.

Benefit: Builds understanding and compassion for emotional responses and strengthens confidence in managing relationships, focus and stress.

  • Genos EI Inventory (180°/360°) – How others experience your leadership

Used when leaders prefer a feedback-based reflection or need measurable behavioural outcomes.

Benefit: Translates internal awareness into observable behaviour change, improving leadership presence and relational impact.

  • If your organisation already uses CliftonStrengths or DiSC, we incorporate them to enhance your growth using shared language and team alignment.

    • CliftonStrengths helps embed a strengths-based culture.

    • DiSC supports understanding of communication and work styles.
