    - create more self-awareness and acceptance of our ADHD traits

  3. S for strengths - leveraging your innate strengths and aligning these with how your mind works best (creativity, hyperfocus, resilience)

  4. T for tools - ADHD-Friendly Systems: Time management, boundaries, and focus strategies

What’s on offer:

  • 1:1 coaching (virtual or in-person) Sessions are 45-55 minutes to match your energy and focus

  • Weekly or fortnightly to fit your schedule

  • Psycho-education to inform and empower

  • Interactive logbook with simple tasks and reminders

  • Regular check-ins

  • Tailored actionable tools and resources – hand-picked to avoid overwhelm

  • Advice on supporting therapies such as naturopathy, hypnotherapy, and nutrition.

About the Programs

There are 2 programs available. A 6 week program that covers all 4 of the ATSS pillars (Awareness and Acceptance, Tools, Strengths and Success) and a 10-week more in-depth program that allows time to deep dive into each pillar.

  • We unpack your ADHD-related challenges and leadership goals.

    • Stage 1:Self-awareness, values, and self-compassion (utilise tools such as Acceptance and Commitment framework)

    • Stage 2:  Focus tools, boundary work, and systems for regulation (CBT-informed)

    • Stage 3: Empowered leadership, communication strategies, and energy sustainability. Setting clear goals for long-term success.

  • Access to your own interactive Logbook (if that works for you) and targeted/tailored resources like the ADHD friendly ACT Skills Workbook, Reframing for ADHD minds with DBT.
