What’s on offer:
1:1 coaching (virtual or in-person) Sessions are 45-55 minutes to match your energy and focus
Weekly or fortnightly to fit your schedule
Psycho-education to inform and empower
Interactive logbook with simple tasks and reminders
Regular check-ins
Tailored actionable tools and resources – hand-picked to avoid overwhelm
Advice on supporting therapies such as naturopathy, hypnotherapy, and nutrition.
About the Programs
There are 2 programs available. A 6 week program that covers all 4 of the ATSS pillars (Awareness and Acceptance, Tools, Strengths and Success) and a 10-week more in-depth program that allows time to deep dive into each pillar.

Stage 1:Self-awareness, values, and self-compassion (utilise tools such as Acceptance and Commitment framework)
Stage 2: Focus tools, boundary work, and systems for regulation (CBT-informed)
Stage 3: Empowered leadership, communication strategies, and energy sustainability. Setting clear goals for long-term success.
