One key tool we use to aid insight is the Strengths Profile which offers a nuanced understanding of how you work at your best, what drains you, and where support is needed.

Used thoughtfully, it becomes a powerful leadership tool rather than a performance metric. For those of us who expend significant energy to focus, understanding what energises us versus what drains us helps reduce overwhelm and prevent depletion.

Includes a one-hour coaching debrief focussed on how to reset that pesky inner critic, what you are good at, how to manage what depletes you and limiting the impact of weaker areas that impact how you lead.
