Supporting your ADHD leaders to thrive

We partner with organisations to support their female leaders who have a diagnosis of ADHD to better manage energy flow and blocks, to focus, to really understand how they interact with others and their impact and how to manage their stress and emotional wellbeing. We tailor each program to help your leaders connect and perform better in themselves and across the organisation.

Why this matters

Across workplaces everywhere, many capable women are leading while quietly managing ADHD. They’re strategic thinkers, compassionate leaders, and high contributors — yet often exhausted from masking, perfectionism, and self-doubt.

These women don’t need fixing. They need understanding, tools that work with their brains, and safe spaces where they can lead with confidence, clarity, and ease.

That’s where Thriving inSight comes in.

We partner with Learning & Development and People & Culture leaders who want to support their female leaders who would benefit from direct support from experienced ADHD coaches and facilitators — through one-to-one coaching or small peer support and learning programs designed specifically for women navigating ADHD within leadership roles.

Our Approach

I’m Yvette Annand, a Leadership Development Specialist, Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC) and Counsellor with a focus on adaptive and inclusive leadership.

My work supports leaders to build the mindset, skills, and self-awareness needed to thrive in complex, high-pressure environments — especially through transition.

I integrate neuroscience, behaviour-change theory, and positive psychology alongside counselling training to create programs that are evidence-based, compassionate, and immediately applicable.

A central part of my practice is developing neuroaffirming leadership capability — helping women understand how their ADHD brain works, reduce shame and overwhelm, and lead from authenticity rather than overdrive.

Through Thriving InSight, I deliver individual and group coaching across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors — including leaders supported through Leadership programs I facilitate including the Australian Institute of Management.

Coaching and Programs

We offer two main pathways for organisations to support ADHD female leaders:

1. Individual Coaching

Tailored one-to-one coaching to help leaders:

  • Understand their ADHD profile and patterns

  • Build focus, confidence, and sustainable systems that work with their mind not fighting it

  • Strengthen emotional regulation and self-leadership

  • Reconnect with values, boundaries, and purpose to ensure clear decision-making and interactions

2. Peer support Programs

Small, confidential cohorts where female leaders explore the ADHD experience together — combining psycho-education, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and practical workplace tools.

It’s a powerful blend of insight, connection, and accountability that supports your female leaders with ADHD move from overstriving to thriving.

Why Partner with Us

We understand both the personal experience and the professional demands.

I’ve worked in senior corporate roles whilst managing ADHD myself, so I know first-hand the invisible load leaders with ADHD often carry — and what actually helps.

With expertise in Acceptance and Committment therapy, CBT and other counselling tools alongside training in mindful self-compassion, we can work at a deeper level than most coaches.

This creates profound insight and lasting change.

When you connect a leader with this kind of coaching support, you’re investing in retention, confidence, wellbeing, and authentic leadership that ripples across teams.
